Good morning,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for an excellent moving experience. I had Carlton and John, a father and son from your Starving Students Alexandria, VA, office, help me move into a new apartment yesterday. After an initial mix up, they arrived at my house as soon as possible, and were courteous and professional,despite not having planned to work on Sunday. From the moment they arrived, they made sure I fully understood the process while maintaining a rapid pace, which I greatly appreciated. The moving experience can be a stressful one, but Carlton and John made the bulk of it painless! Please pass on my highest compliments to both of them.
