Hello Mac

As per our telephone conversation, I thought I'd give you some feedback on our experience with Starving Students who we engaged to move our personal belongings from Fremont to Pasadena. Overall, both my husband and I are happy with the service as it made our relocation experience that much easier. We were provided with all the relevant information upfront, clarified there'd be no extra/hidden charges. In fact, it was very helpful to talk to you after the move, as you found out that there was an over-charge and very promptly organised to have it rectified - so the initial quote and the final figure match. The truck drivers - Robert and Victor did a great job. They were very helpful, placed the items, boxes and book-shelves exactly where I'd indicated and re-assembled the bed before they left.

Thank you Mac for the prompt response and following through with my queries - from responding to my initial query to completing the move.
I will most certainly consider Starving Students Moving Company for any future relocations and have no hesitations in recommending the services to other users.

The Starving Students guys were polite and very easy to work with. While deciding who to use, I was told by other companies that Starving Students would be slow and over-charge but I found that to NOT be the case. I'm very satisfied with the work. I did have a few small nicks and dings on a couple pieces of furniture but nothing major or unusual.

Our two Starving Students movers were incredible. We had a very difficult couch to move and they did not complain. They were fast, professional, and frankly quite sweet. We didn't feel ripped off or uncomfortable (which was our former experience with another company) and again our guys were the best!

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to thank you for a successful move on February 7th.

This was my 14th move and I have never been treated with such respect and courtesy nor, have my belongings and new residence been treated so carefully.

Mike R. and Harley D. were gentlemen and worked diligently (they did not take any breaks) and were willing to follow my directions as to the placement of all my furniture and boxes. This was a new experience for me.

I will most definitely be recommending your company to everyone I know who will be moving. One can only hope that the employees who help them will be fo the same caliber as Mike and Harley.

The guys showed up on time and we were able to get the move accomplished in the amount of time allotted. Everything progressed smoothly. I especially appreciated all of their hard work on such a cold day!

During the initial set-up process, the Starving Students Moving Company representative was very helpful in scheduling a very short-notice move date and accommodated my need to have a friend in New York pay via credit card by facilitating authorization forms as well as speedy faxing and approval process. The movers were presentable, professional and very able-bodied. In consideration of the fact that there were only two movers of medium build, they did an extremely good job of surprisingly being able to move several considerably heavy items up a flight of stairs. No items were found missing and damage/scratches were kept to a minimum considering the circumstances. Movers handled furniture with care. There were no last-minute underhanded methods of charging additional fees and the contract was as expected. I did not get charged for the time spent waiting while my items were trapped in an elevator that malfunctioned at the storage unit where we were retrieving them from.

I certainly would recommend Starving Students to anybody I know.
