Letter dated September 12, 2007

Dear Starving Students Movers:

Thank you for your excellent care of my daughter and her belongings yesterday. Teddy and Robert moved her from Sylmar to Riverside, and we were very pleased with their professionalism, skill, knowledge, and kindness from start to finish.

Your Starving Students movers arrived to find a difficult situation. Katie's roommate, angry about the move, had changed the locks, and would not let Katie in to finish packing and move out. Your movers had to wait for the police to get the roommate to let them in, and then had to assist Katie in packing the rest of her things, since she had not been allowed to do it before they arrived. I was happy to pay for their waiting and packing time, since Katie needed to get herself and all her belongings completely out that day.

Please let Teddy and Robert know that we were very impressed with their service, and will recommend Starving Students Moving Company to everyone because of them. They deserve a bonus! We have already scheduled Katie's next move with you for September 22. Katie will be going from my home in Riverside to her new apartment in Whittier. We would love to have Teddy and Robert again on that date, if they are available.
