Customer Service Survey Response

During the initial set-up process, the Starving Students Moving Company representative was very helpful in scheduling a very short-notice move date and accommodated my need to have a friend in New York pay via credit card by facilitating authorization forms as well as speedy faxing and approval process. The movers were presentable, professional and very able-bodied. In consideration of the fact that there were only two movers of medium build, they did an extremely good job of surprisingly being able to move several considerably heavy items up a flight of stairs. No items were found missing and damage/scratches were kept to a minimum considering the circumstances. Movers handled furniture with care. There were no last-minute underhanded methods of charging additional fees and the contract was as expected. I did not get charged for the time spent waiting while my items were trapped in an elevator that malfunctioned at the storage unit where we were retrieving them from.
