E-Mail Sent March 7, 2008

I am sending you this message as your team members are just leaving. I normally would have a few other priorities with a house full of stuff to unpack, but this was worth taking the time for. Our move was "easy" from one apartment to another in the same complex. The difficult part came from the fact that the unit had been broken in to. I was embarassed to even have anyone have to navigate around the "stuff" that had been left about. The two gentlement were beyond kind and helpful. I have been a manager in retail for years and must say that your organization should be very proud of these team members. Our place was disorganized, I was upset by having to even be there, and it was less than an ideal job to walk in to. After having someone go through our belongings in the manner they had, it was a bit unnerving to even consider bringing strangers in to handle the move. This team exemplified the quality of work managers hope their employees provide. Unsupervised, considerate, courteous, efficient, and quality work. I could not have been more impressed with their work. Thank you for a process that was handled beautifully from start to finish. You should be very proud of the work your employees do--we are so glad we had them to help today!

With gratitude- Julie L.
